Is the brighter the UV light, the better?
We must say that this is a common misconception.
Many customers are more puzzled about ultraviolet rays, especially the 365nm light with shorter wavelengths.
Ultraviolet rays are invisible light. The shorter the wavelength, the weaker the light seen by the naked eyes. And the brightness
of 365nm is much weaker than 395nm. Usually we can see only Faint white or blue light if the wavelength of a UV light is 365nm.
So it is unscientific to judge the quality of a UV curing lamp by the intensity of the light or the color of the light.

How to get better curing effect?

① Choose the most suitable UV curing material:

directly affect the curing speed and effect. Irradiating different UV-curing materials with UV lamps of the same power will vary
greatly in curing time and effect. But what is certain is that the more power the curing lamp at the same wavelength, the better
the curing effect.
② UV wavelength of the light:
The best curing effect can only be achieved when the wavelength of the photosensitizer contained in the UV curable material is the
same as that emitted by the UV lamp.
Extensive testing has shown that 395nm curing lamps can cure 99% of the UV-curable materials available on the market.
③ Irradiation distance:
The ultraviolet lamp is required to be as close to the surface of the cured object as possible, the closer the better, it is best
to keep it within 2inchs, too far the irradiation distance will affect the curing effect.
