Q: How to choose the right beam angle optical lens of the projector for me?
A: The default lens beam angle is 20°, the show size diameter is about Distance*0.35.
For the other beam angle,

1. Q: Are you a trading company or manufacture?
A: We are professinal gobo projector manufacture located in Shenzhen, we have strong R&D ability can support OEM & ODM services. Welcome to come here visit us.
2. Q: How about your products warranty time and after-sale services?
A: Our products have a 2 year warranty time, if the products have using problem (non-human damages), please contact our staff soon. We'll offer the technical support or arrange the replacement if needed.
3. Q: Do you support sample order or drop-shipping services?
A: Yes, we can offer the sample order and welcome the bulk order discussion, bulk order have a ladder price for you : ), drop-shipping services is also acceptable.
4. Q: What's your lead time?
A: It depend on the order quantity. We always have the regular model projector in stock, but the gobo lens need customized one by one, so, the sample order need about 1-3 days, and bulk order need about 1-2 weeks.
5. Q: Which ways you can offer for the shipment?
A: We are experienced at exporting, can offer a varity of shipping solutions as you need, economic or fast ways. It basiclly including:
1) Air Post or EMS shipping. The shipping time about 15-60 days.
2) Express shipping: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT etc. The shiping time about 3-10 days.
3) Train shipping: about 25-45 days, mostly for European countries.
4) Sea shipping: about 30-45 days.
5) Special line shipping.
6. Q: What payment ways you can support?
A: We can support payment onlilne and off-line (T/T, Paypal).
