Principle of tea leaf primary twisting machine
The principle of the tea leaf twister is to use the crank-connecting rod mechanism to drive the kneading bucket to move in a circular plane on the kneading disc.

Process flow of primary twister:
1, green tea quantitative into the kneading bucket.
2, kneading bucket in the kneading pan for horizontal rotation.
3. Tea leaves in the barrel are subjected to pressure of kneading cover, reaction force of kneading tray, kneading force of rib bone and side pressure of kneading barrel, etc., which make tea leaves knead into strips, and part of leaf cells are broken and tea juice spills out to achieve the purpose of kneading.
4. After rolling, open the lid and take out the tea leaves, which can flow into the next process.
