Product Introduction:
YH-818 phosphate ester starch is a compound esterified denatured starch, which is obtained by chemical reaction and thermal reaction under vacuum reaction condition with high quality starch and phosphate and other chemicals. It has good adhesion tonatural and man-made fibers, and the slurry film is tough and smooth, elastic, and easy to dissolve, and the slurry is made of good fluidity.

Application:

Products have different viscosity specifications, can be used for all kinds of cotton yarn, blended yarn, rayon,wool, hemp, polyester, nylon, sizing.

Main performance:
The internal structure of phosphate starch YH-818 is changed after deformation treatment, especially the introduction of ester group, which makes its properties change greatly, mainly in; Phosphate starch YH-818 has a good affinity for hydrophobic fibers. This is because it contains a large number of hydrophobicgenes - esters, and chemical fibers mostly contain hydrophobic genes, especially the affinity of polyester fibers is very good.
YH-818 has stable viscosity, good fluidity, strong permeability and elastic slurry film. In the process of manufacturing, the
macromolecular chain is broken, the degree of polymerization is reduced, and part of the amylopectin becomes amylose. At the sametime, some hydroxyl groups on starch are replaced by ester groups. The introduction of ester groups greatly weakens the hydrogen bond association of hydroxyl groups in starch molecules, and plays an internal plasticizing role, thus enhancing the activity of molecular links and the ability of intermolecular diffusion. Therefore, the performance of the slurry is obviously better thanthat of acidified and oxidized starch.
After denaturation, YH-818 glycoside bond is broken and re-assembled, the intermolecular gravity is weakened, and the
decomposition degree of the slurry is reduced, so there is no need to add decomposition agent in the slurry, and the slurry mixing process will not achieve degradation, good cooking resistance, and stable viscosity. YH-818 and PVA mixed sizing, feel smooth, elastic, flexibility, good permeability, easy yarn separation, complete sizing film, easy desizing, reduceenvironmental pollution.
YH-818 has the characteristics of high density and low viscosity, which is very suitable for the sizing requirements of various high-speed yarn machines at home and abroad, improve the weaving ability, and can meet the needs of air jet loom.
How to use:
Put the required amount of YH-818 into the appropriate amount of cold water, stir, heat to 95, hold for more than 20 minutes can be used.
Packaging and storage:
YH-818 is packed with advanced composite woven bag lined with film bag, each bag 25kg, stored in a dry and ventilated place.
