Product Description

Impact Crusher is widely used for stone production line in hydroelectric, highway and other industries. It is designed with three crushing chambers, seamlessly connected rotor, wear-resistant hammer plate and installation of insert type. Besides, impact liner is of tooth type, which is more efficient. The bearing seat is designed with certain gradient, and frame with several openings; the screws or hydraulic start-up devices equipped with the impact crusher makes the maintenance easy.

Working Principle

The materials collide with the blow bar during high-speed operation. The blow bar bounces the material onto the impact plate. The materials bounce off the impact plate and collide with the blow bar and the material itself. (Secondary crushing)
