The main machine is SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder is equipped with double-tube single control stainless steel spraying calibration,it avoids waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. Conical twin-screw extruder
The conical twin-screw extruder has the characteristics of uniform plasticization and mixing, high output, stable quality, wide application range, long service life, and direct molding of pvc pipe.
PVC double pipe mould
Extrusion die head apply spiral structure, each material flow channel is placed evenly. Each channel is after heat treatment and mirror polishing to ensure material flow smoothly.
Stable extrusion performance, compact transmission setting, good sealing, high product strength, low material consumption and low noise.
Vacuum calibration tank
Vacuum calibration tank is one important stage of extrusion lines for PVC pipe.
Calibration tank adopts vacuum to calibrate the pipes at defined diameter and also avoids pipe to cause ellipse shape while producing.
Also pipes and calibrating sleeves are cooled effectively by nozzles which are inside the tanks for PVC pipe lines.
Features:

3. Vacuum forming table,tank, can be adjustable in 3D direction.
Hual off machine & cutter
Haul off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull pipe stably.
According to different pipe sizes and thickness, our company will customize traction speed, number of claws, effective traction length.
To ensure match pipe extrusion speed and forming speed,also avoid deformation of pipe during traction.
Cutter controlled by Siemens PLC, working together with haul off unit to have precise cutting. Customer can set the length of pipe they want to cut.
Multi-feed-in actions for the accomplishment of one cutting process (protect blades and saws, prevent from blade and saws stuck for thick pipe and cut face of pipe is smooth).
Double pipe stacker
To support and unload pipes. Length of stacker can be customized.
PVC pipe belling machine
1) It is suitable for the R type and U type plastic pipes.The belling range 20-50mm.
2) It can not only used in line with the pipe production line but also can be used alone.
3) The characteristics of this machine is full automatic, stable and reliable, easy to operate.
