Hardness: annealing, quenching and tempering, less than 255HB; 56 ~ 57 = 54HV
The specification of heat treatment and microstructure:
Heat treatment specification: 1) annealing, from 800 to 920 DEG C slow cooling; 2) quenching, oil cooling from 1010 to 1070 DEG C; 3) tempering, fast cooling from 100 to 180 degrees centigrade
