Product Description
Stainless steel U-type mixer is a machine to mix two or more powder materials evenly. The product as a new type of professional mixing and blending equipment, horizontal mixer drive spindle arranged on the double-layer spiral blade, the external blade will be the material to the middle of the conveyor, the internal blade will be the material to the outside of the conveyor. When the mixing device is working, the inner screw drives the material near the center of the shaft to do axial rotation, and the axial direction is pushed from inside to both sides, and the outer screw drives the material near the wall of the barrel to do axial rotation, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to inside, so that this mixture can be evenly mixed in a short time, and the motor and the mixing spindle are directly connected with each other through the cycloid speed reducer. Apply to food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractory materials putty paste, real stone paint, dry powder, putty, and other solid-solid (i.e. powder and powder) mixing.
