Q: The power are not steady,how to control?
The technician will calculate the ohm exactly and take consider of the all the materials resistance to get the precision ohm value,our products will be approved testing one by one.
Q:How to control the tolerance and smooth surface?
We'll take the right raw tubes for swaging through 4 or 5 procedures to get the preciseness sheath.the welding will be by the laser to keep the precision and smooth surface.Then proceeding the welding burnish, surface treatment working etc.
Q:The wireless are breakage, and the striped ends is easy loose.
Take more flexible wire leads for the movement machine,if necessary we'll design and change constructer slightly to adapt for the actual application.
Q:Can you supply drawing?
Yes,we could supply the CAD drawings for your double checking ,also could supply the 3d data for your matching.
