Question 1. Can I use Mac OS to control the LED wall?
Answer: Yes, you could use Mac OS, but you will need to use windows OS to map up the panels to be one big led wall first. Then you could send playlist to the led wall with whatever video editing software installed in your Mac OS.
Question 2. Is it difficult to install the LED wall?
Answer: No, the unit panel is only 14KGS or 30 Lbs. Each panel equipped with fast locks on the sides to connect to the next panel. In addition, the die-casting cabinet will make sure the panels are well aligned.
Question 3. Is it hard to set-up the system?
Answer: No, because we have user manual for quick start and video tutorial to show you how to set-up the software. Or if you still don't understand, then we have our engineer do the job online for you.
Question 4. Do you do door to door shipping including duty paid and IVA paid?
Answer: Yes, we now can provide this service to USA and Mexico. For clients in USA, It is door to door; for client from Mexico, clients need to pick up in Mexico City.
