A rubber mixing machine with exposed rollers used in rubber factories to prepare plasticized rubber, mixed rubber, or heat-cured and extruded. The main working parts are two hollow rollers or drilling rollers that rotate inward in different directions. The one installed on the operator's side is called the front roller, which can be moved back and forth horizontally by manual or electric action to adjust the roller distance to meet the operating requirements; The rear roller is fixed and cannot move back and forth. The size of the two rollers is generally the same, and they rotate relative to each other at different speeds. The raw rubber or rubber material is drawn into the gap between the two rollers with the rotation of the rollers, and is subjected to strong shearing to achieve the purpose of mastication or mixing. Mills are also used in sectors such as plastics processing.
Scope of application:
Open mill is the abbreviation of open type plastic purificating set, and in plastic factory, it is called two roller machine that people are accustomed to it. The mill is a kind of mixing plastic equipment that was used earlier in plastic products production plants. On the calender production line, the mill is before the calender and after the mixer, and its function is to knead and plasticize the uniformly mixed raw materials, so as to provide a more uniform melting material for the calender calendered plastic products. When producing cable material, the milling machine can directly refine and mold the powdered material mixed according to the formula into a molten material, and then compression molded into a sheet-like belt, so that the granulator can cut it into granules. On the floor leather production line, it can directly provide the base coating for cloth-based leather with uniform mixing and plasticization. It is also possible to re-melt the recycled waste plastic film (sheet) on the open mill to make it back into plastic.
Structural features:
1. Water-cooled, the surface temperature reaches normal temperature---water temperature through water circulation, and the temperature is uniform at the same time;
2. The roller is made of vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron with a rolling hardness (HRC) of 50-60. The surface is hard, wear-resistant and durable. Finishing of the inner cavity of the roller ensures rapid and uniform cooling of the roller body;
3. The machine adopts manual distance adjustment, digital display, convenient and intuitive adjustment, precise control of thickness of 0.1 ~ 6mm, convenient operation and high safety factor;
4. The machine is equipped with an emergency brake. When an emergency occurs, there are 7 safety control switches in total. There are emergency switches at the four corners, the rear legs, the front top pull rod, and the rear top pull rod, which are convenient for multi-position braking and stop the machine quickly;
5. If there is any abnormality, press any switch and press the button, and the two rollers can automatically reverse 1/4 circle to improve the safety factor;
6. The automatic refueling device is the advantage of ensuring long-term oil supply to the transmission parts, which makes up for the serious consequences of damage to the parts caused by manual refueling. Can be easily operated;
7. The overall bottom plate is easy to install, the transmission mode is single-axis output to ensure large torque, imported bearings reduce friction force to ensure power saving and low noise, and the thickness of the rubber material is uniform and parallel and controllable;
8. The mechanical strength of the whole machine is high, and the transmission device is controlled by double motors and double frequency converters, with low noise and long service life.
