Product Overview
Membrane nitrogen generator principle
Compressed air , cooled by the air-cooled , and enters the high-efficiency oil filter, precision filter, and heatles regeneration dryer to remove the water and oil mist in the compressed air at a pressure of 1.3MPa. The dust fine filter and the first-level activated carbon filter can remove particles and oil mist, which can reduce the oil content in the compressed air to below 0.01ppm, and can filter and remove all solid particles with a diameter greater than 0.01m; The heater is heated up, and the pressure is not lower than 1.2MPa and the air temperature is not lower than 35℃, and it enters the membrane separator system for separation. The compressed air can be separated by membrane to obtain nitrogen whose pressure is lower than the inlet pressure. The purity of nitrogen can reach more than 95%, the concentration of nitrogen can reach up to 99.9%, and the dew point of nitrogen can reach -40℃. After passing through the nitrogen buffer tank, enter the booster to pressurize to 35MPa.

FEATURES AT A GLANCE
The oxygen and nitrogen generators are constructed according to the principle of operation P.S.A. (Pressure Swing Adsorption) and are composed by a minimum of two absorbers filled up with molecular sieve.The absorbers are crossed alternatively by the compressed air (previously purified in order to eliminate oil, humidity and powders) and produce nitrogen or oxygen. While a container, crossed by the compressed air, produces gas, the other regenerates itself losing to pressure atmosphere the gases previously adsorbed. The process comes repeated in cyclical way. The generators are managed by a PLC.
