Automatic Two-line Hot Sealing Hot Cutting T-shirt Bag Making Machine, SDB-H-F
1.For making hot-sealing hot-cutting T-Shirt bags like HDPE and LDPE roll films in two lines.
2.Back feeding adopts inverter motor friction wheel tension to control driving and pneumatic loading, swing bar angle auto-controlled by sensor, auto adaptation to machine production speed.
3.Individual feeding structures for two lines, with servo motor control by Panasonic Japan,Individual color mark sensor controlled by SICK Germany.
4.The machine has programmable controller by Omron PLC, touch screen display and operation.
5.New design sealing bar structure with elastic connection that decreases deform of hot-sealing bar significantly. If the sealing bar needs to be cleaned, invert the sealing bar 180 degrees for easy cleaning, which is safe and reliable for maintenance.
6.Auto film jam and no-film detection for sealing bar of two lines separately, auto stop and alarming function.
7.Auto punching device used pneumo-hydraulic pressure cylinder for punching, with low noise and low air consumption.
