Q2. what is goods lead time?
A: Delivery time will be after a deposit or 100% of payment, it takes 3 to 5 working days if your requested items are available in stock, if not; different products take different production times, generally from 15 to 45 working days.
Q3. How can I get some samples?
A: With big pleasure, we inform you that all the samples are free to test the quality (you only pay the delivery fees, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.). We always get good feedback about the quality, which makes sure your business will grow fast with us.

A: T/T and L/C.
Q5. How is the quality ensured?
According to our service process, the warranty is twelve months against the BL issue date and all the producing steps adhere to ISO-9001, in case the purchased products have some defects, prove that it is on our part, we assume to replace it for the same item.
Q6. Can your factory print my LOGO on the goods?
A: Yes, If printing logo need to increase the cost, you need to pay in advance, and then when the order quantity reaches a certain level, we will return the cost. If it is low, we can afford it.
