Ordering Samples
Stock samples: Ships within 2 days.
Custom samples: Ships within 7 - 20 days based on design and quantity.
Sample fee: Before sending samples, we will let you know the cost of the samples. This will be based on the product and quantity. Sample charges may be reimbursed upon your order and depending on the final order quantity.
Product Packing
Our standard packing varies but is typically 1 piece per OPP bag, approximately 20 - 100 pcs per master carton with an average carton size of 60 cm x 40cm x 40 cm. Packing format is usually determined by our customers, so we do provide customized packing options. In addition, we can assist in the manufacture and printing of your retail packaging needs with our partnered printers.
Shipping Terms
Most of our shipping terms are FOB. However, we can accommodate other forms of Incoterms such as Ex-works, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc.
Shipping Method
We have strong relationships with both Air and Sea freight forwarders.
For ocean freight we can facilitate LCL or FCL shipments. As an alternative to air freight, we can deliver products utilizing courier services such as DHL, FEDEX, UPC, TNT, ARMEX, EMS, etc.
Shipping time
Shipping times will vary on destination. Air freight usually can be delivered to port of destination in about 7 days. Ocean freight will commonly require anywhere from 15 to 40 days transit time alone. Booking air and ocean freight will need to take place about 2 weeks prior to estimated departure date (ETD) to ensure available space for the desired departure date.
Payment Terms
In most circumstances, our payment terms are based on a deposit payment of 30% of the invoice amount to confirm the order and to allow our factories begin the production process. A final payment of 70% is due at the end of the production cycle including packing and inspection.
Acceptable Payment Methods
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), PayPal, Money Gram, Western Union, Documentary Credit or Letter of Credit (DC or LC).
