Q: If we need sample, can we get sample free of charge?
A: If need customized sample, we need to charge sample cost. If only need our stock sample, free of charge.

A: Yes! we support mix colors and sizes. Feathers can be coloured to suite the client's end-use, just leave us a message about
the details.
Q: Can we change it to our own logo?
A: Yes, we can help you to add your logos, even it's photo or website or others.
Q: How to make order?
A: 1.You can contact us by Phone, Whatsapp, Trademanager or E-mail, ask prices of feathers you're interested, you have to confirm sizes / colors / quantity;
2. Next, show us your detail shipping information to check shipping cost;
3. To offer you the total amount; Then, pay money via T/T, Alibaba Secure Payment, Paypal etc.(30% or 100% payment in advance to start production)
4. We will place the order to our factory and arrange shipment for your ASAP.
Q: How to deal with the color mismatch?
A: Please note that dyed feathers may vary slightly in color as a result of being in different dye lots. Differences in color may
be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background, ect. Although the differences
should only be slight, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is
possible.
Q: How about sizing or fit issues?
A: The sizes are illustrated with specific measurements in the detailed specifications. Please check the specifications before
you place an order. Normally the allowable differences in the size are appromimately 0.5 inch in meaasurement. If you fine the
size of the products do not fit you, you can contact us directly.
Q: If I am not satisfied with the products, what should I do?
A: We provide a free 30 days for warranty.
