Structure description
This powder coating line includes powder coating gun, powder spray booth, curing oven, and conveyor system, suits for continuous batch production of big or bulky objects, especially aluminum profile, etc. This system is also recommended for powder coating objects with complex shapes which requires precise manual operation
The process: loading the workpiece on the conveyor system, push into the conveyor booth. Workpiece into the booth, two workers spray the powders on the workpiece. Finished coating, move to the conveyor system,then push a powder coated workpiece into conveyor curing oven. Heating about 20-30 minutes for (180℃ - 220℃), then open the oven other side door and pull out the workpiece for cooling, and then finished.
