Aluminium ingot for industrial use
In our daily industry of raw materials called aluminum ingot, according to the national standard (GB/T 1196-2008) should be called"remelting aluminum ingot", but we used to call "aluminum ingot". It is produced by electrolysis with alumina - cryolite. There are two kinds of aluminum ingot after entering industrial application: cast aluminum alloy and deformed aluminum alloy. Casting aluminum and aluminum alloy is a casting method to produce aluminum castings; Deformed aluminum and aluminum alloys are processed products of aluminum produced by pressure processing: plate, strip, foil, tube, rod, mold, wire and forgings. According to the national standard, "aluminum ingot for remelting is divided into 8 grades according to the chemical composition, respectively Al99.90, Al99.85, Al99.70, Al99.60, Al99.50, Al99.00, Al99.7E, Al99.6E" (note: the number after Al is aluminum content). What some people call "A00" aluminum is actually 99.7% pure aluminum and is called "standard aluminum" on the London market. We all know that China in the fifties technical standards are from the former Soviet Union, "A00" is the Russian standard in the Soviet Union,
"A" is the Russian letter, rather than the English "A" word, is not the Chinese phonetic alphabet "A" international standards,said "standard aluminum" more accurate. Standard aluminium is aluminum ingots containing 99.7% aluminium and is registered on the London market.
