After the customer buys the auger, the original parts of the manufacturer should be used. Reducer gear oil check regularly.
2. pipeline:
When customers use auger, they should use special supporting pipes. When disassembling each time, they must ensure that the pipes and their joints are clean, so as to avoid accidental impurities brought into the disassembly and damage to the auger.
3. the use of hydraulic oil:
Before installing the auger, it is necessary to filter the hydraulic oil, clean the oil tank, and replace the oil on the excavator. The oil on the excavator should be replaced frequently according to the service life of the excavator.
4. gear oil:
The gear oil of the reducer must be inspected regularly, inspected once a month, replaced once every six months, and the oil height is equal to the inspection hole.
5. butter lubrication:
Every 4 hours (whichever comes first) : Fill lubricating oil, lubricate shaft pin and rotating gear once.

Every half year or 1000 hours (whichever comes first) : replace the hydraulic cylinder oil seal and motor oil seal once. Do not replace the oil seal after the specified period.
