The roadheader integrates the functions of cutting, shipping, walking, and operation . As the traveling mechanism advances, the cutting head in the working mechanism continuously breaks the rock and transports the broken rock away. It has the advantages of safety, high efficiency and good quality of lane formation. It is mainly used for cutting underground rock, coal or semi-coal rock roadway with any shape section . With the rapid growth of domestic urban rail transit, railway, highway, water conservancy, municipal engineering and other construction undertakings, the application scope of roadheaders has gradually expanded.

Cutting Head

The cement mill clinker uses 3D digital model design and finite element analysis for optimization. The pick arrangement is reasonable and the rock breaking ability is strong. The picks have high cutting efficiency, the cutter body and the cutter head are resistant to wear and have a long service life. The guide plate adopts imported high-strength wear-resistant steel plate,
which improves the service life.

Handle

Rexroth slice handle adopts gradual control, high sensitivity, and precise and non-clearance control features.

The handle plunger has anti-rust features, long service life, good operating feeling and low failure rate.

Cutting Motor

Using high-power two-speed cutting technology, according to the hardness of the cut coal, the high and low speeds can be manually switched, and the cutting efficiency is high. It adopts water-cooled shell structure, which has good cooling effect and high protection level. Temperature relay and car white thermal resistance are embedded at the end of the winding outlet, which can effectively protect the motor temperature. The wiring cavity is separately welded by steel plates, and can be connected to two power supply voltages of 1140V/660V.

Star Wheel

The shovel drive device is driven by a low-speed high-torque hydraulic motor, with imported bearings and end seals inside. The star wheel is divided into three-claw, four-claw, and five-claw structure, and the wear-resistant layer is piled on it, which is resistant to wear and has high efficiency.

Walking Part

The traveling drive adopts German original hydraulic motor and reducer, which has great traction and strong climbing ability.
