Q1: I am a novice foreign trade, how to finish an order?
Re: First pls send your custom design to us,then we can give you our price based on custom size and techniques.If you think our price is good, then we can deal.
Q 2 :What is your custom order sample time and mass production time?
Re : For sample time we need 6-8 days, mass production time we need 12-15 days.
Q 3 : Can I get a product sample?
Re : Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q 4 : if I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
Re : No, we will help you to save the mold for 2 year, during this time, you neednt pay any mold fee for re-make the same design
Q 5: Can you provide custom packaging?
Re: Yes we can provide custom packaging as well, packaging can have your own logo.
