1 Q: Are you a manufacturer? What kind of shoes do you have?
A: We are the leading hats manufacturer in China, we have our own shoes factory and sample room, also has a tannery . so we can develop and produce very fast.
2 Q: What information should let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: First, it's better to send me the shoe picture you prefer, then colors and quantity will effect prices.
3 Q: If I have my own designs, and I also have special needs for trimming, logo, lining, packaging, and so on. Can you do for me?
A: Of course, custom orders are no problem for us. We have cooperated with Steven Maddern, Bass....., and so on for many years, we have rich experience about custom order.
4 Q: How many days will the hat sample be finished? And how about the bulk production?
A: The sample will be ready in 7-10 days, and the bulk order will be finished in 30-40 days after the sample is approved.
5 Q: How can you control your product quality?
A: We have QC on line during production and the final inspection. And our salesman who take charge of your order will also do the inspection after the goods ready to avoid any detailed mistakes.
6 Q: How do you ship the finished products?
A: If order quantity is less than 50pcs, the total volume is less than 1CBM, courier such as EMS DHL UPS FEDEX is suggested according to our experience. If you order bulk quantity, Delivery by sea or air is available. If you have your own forwarder,we can contact them to complete shipment.
7 Q: How can I pay for you?
A: You can pay via T/T, Visa Card, or Alibaba Trade Assurance which are usual choice.
8 Q: What's your packing?
A: Usually 12 pairs into one carton, with cardboard into it. If you want seprate box,we also can order it.
