Product Description
1. The shell is made of carbon steel or stainless steel by welding, the low carbon steel surface is sprayed with high-voltage electrostatic plastic, and the stainless steel surface is brushed, which is corrosion resistant and anti-aging;
2. This series of products adopts a composite structure: the main chamber adopts an explosion-proof structure, and the wiring chamber adopts an increased safety structure;
3. The switch handle is usually made of PC material, or can be made of metal material according to user requirements. The main switch and sub switch operation panels can be distinguished by color, and the switch handle can be equipped with a padlock to prevent misoperation;
4. Electrical components such as circuit breakers, AC contactors, thermal relays, surge protectors, universal transfer switches, fuses, transformers, and meters can be installed according to user requirements;
5. Each circuit is equipped with a power on signal indicator light;
6. The sealing strip adopts advanced technology of cast-in-place foam one-time forming, which has high protective performance;
7. Vertical installation with corresponding mounting brackets, outdoor use can be equipped with rain covers or protective cabinets, and the materials can be customized according to user requirements;
8. Steel pipe or cable wiring is acceptable.
1. Suitable for explosive gas environments in Zone 1 and Zone 2 locations;
2. Suitable for places in Zone 21 and Zone 22 with combustible dust environments;
3. Suitable for Class IIA, IIB, and IIC explosive gas environments;
4. Suitable for temperature groups T1 to T6;
5. Suitable for hazardous environments such as oil extraction, refining, chemical engineering, gas stations, offshore oil platforms, oil tankers, and metal processing.
