Automatic Empty Coffee Cup Loading Station
Its adopt spiral separating and pressing technology which can avoid the cup damaging and deforming, it has vacuum sucker which can guide the cup to onto the mold accuracy. It's only need the operator to put the empty cups into the cup loading tunnel is available. There is a empty cup detection sensor under each station to detect if this station has cup or not, it can avoid the mistake filling and sealing if the station without the cup, reduce the product waste and machine cleaning.
Quantitative Coffee Powder Filling Station
Using servo system to drive precision powder quantitative screw, filling error ±0.5g. You can freely set the filling volume and filling speed, high filling accuracy, reliable operation, easy to adjust.
Servo motor with planetary gear reducer for the rotary table stepping running, it can rotate very fast but avoid material splashing because servo motor can start and stop smoothly, and also keep the positioning accuracy.
Nitrogen Flushing System （Optional Function)
Nitrogen flushing in the range of filling part, lid placement, sealing part, etc. It will forms local high concentration of nitrogen to replace the air，it helps to keep the taste and extend the shelf life.
Automatic Roll Film Sealing and Cutting Station (Optional)
The system consists of automatic film drawer, printing film location, waste film collection and thermostat sealing system, sealing system can runs fast and locates at the printed film accurately. Thermostat sealing cutting system uses Omron PID temperature controller and sensor for high-quality heat sealing.
Aluminum Foil Film Placing and Sealing Station
It's made up by 180 rotate vacuum sucker and film magazine, it can place the film on the mold fast and accuracy.
It's made up by heating seal mold and air cylinder pressing system, the sealing temperature can 0-300 degree adjustment, based on Omron PID controller and solid-state relay, temperature difference less than +/- 1 degree.
