1.  What's your lead time?

- Lead time depends on order quantity, generally 20-25 days for order below 50,000 booklets. Over than 50,000 booklets please contact with sales.

2. Can you do the design for me?

-  We can work with simple design for customers, if you want fully design by yourself, we can send you free template and design example for making the design.

3. What format for artwork is acceptable?

We can accept artwork in AI, PDF, CDR, PSD. Big high resolution pictures is workable for us.

4. What is the payment terms?

30% deposit, the rest collected after cargo finish.We can send  you picture or  mass production samples after cargo finished.

5. What is the shipping way?

We can work with ocean, air, express shipping,etc.

Generally for order below 5000 booklets we recommend ship by express. Also we can recommend you the best shipping way based on the model and quantity,  please contact with sales for more information.

We have cooperated fowarder can take care of the shipping until cargo deliver in your hand.

6.MOQ to make my own brand rolling paper?

The lowest MOQ is 1000 booklets for custom order, also we can work with sample for 1-2 box.

7.Do you provide free samples?

We provide free samples for Richer brand, for custom brand samples we will charge sample cost.
