Working Principle of the Aloe Vera Peeler Peeling Machine
This machine is peeling for flat and long materials such as aloe, and cactus. The up-and-down peeling cutters appressed the surface of the material and peeled the skin,
the skin of the pulp from the knife up and down through the middle, so as to achieve the aim of peeling.
The frame and cover of the whole machine are made of high-quality stainless steel. The conveyor belt is a food-grade light-duty sanitary conveyor belt. The motor adopts a frequency converter to control the stepless speed change, and the production speed can be freely controlled.
The peeling effect is good, the output is high, and the control is convenient.
The machine is composed of frame, conveyor belt, peeling knife, pressing device, transmission device, motor, worm gear reducer, frequency converter and other parts. The motor drives the conveyor belt and the pressure conveyor belt to move through the pulley, reducer, sprocket and chain.
Features of the Aloe Vera Peeler Peeling Machine
1. The whole machine is made of food grade 304 stainless steel,in line with the food hygiene standard;
2. The series of peeling, washing, cutting machine are ideal for peeling cactus or aloe vera or prickly pear.
3. Speed of transmit belt can be regulated,more flexible, convenient and user-friendly;
4. Adopts frequency converter to adjust, speed can be adjusted according to the materials' acceptance degree.
5. According to the thickness of the aloe vera itself automatically adjust up and down the knife group,
to skin thickness keeps consistent, skin thickness 1-3 mm.

7. The operation is simple, to skin removing rate can reach 98% , processing capacity is 1.0-1.5 tons per hour.
Operating Process of the Aloe Vera Peeler Peeling Machine
Prepared the aloe vera which washed and cut off both ends, put on the transmitting belt, pressed tight by the upper flexible pressing device, and passed through the cutting device, which assembled upper and lower blades, during this period, the peels were cut off smoothly, the aloe flesh was transmitted to the outlet, the peels were collected to a container or to another outlet.
