Roller material is #45 steel quenched-tempered heat treatment with knurling and balance. The strength of grade E steel treated by
optimized parameters has raised by 8.3% at high plasticity level.

Generally, the surface of the roller is sprayed with silver anti-rust paint after knurling, we can also do electroplating
treatment according to customer requirements.

Standard packing: 4pcs/carton, 6pcs/carton, 11kg/carton 0.05CBM/carton Our company designed special firm export package, which is anti-collision, moistureproof, waterproof, anti-deformation. Each fan is packed in inner foam, 4 pieces per carton. Well protected. The outside carton is reinforced with straps which can ensure the safety of the products in the process of the transportation.
