Structural Features of Tire Steel Wire Debeader Machine
Tire wire puller machine consists of motor, hydraulic system, drawing hook, lift platform, Magnetic valve and main frame, etc. Hard alloy is welded on the cutting blade to make it rigid and wearable.
The machine is equipped with safety shelves to effectively prevent unsafe issues from occurring in the process of tire bead peeling off. The base of the machine is a complete cast framework, which is convenient for installation.
Principle of Tire Steel Wire Debeader Machine
1. Place the waste tire at the cross-shape plate
2. Hook at cylinder rod moves to the cross-shape plate when motor drives the hydraulic system
3. Hook catched the tire bead, moves back and draws out the steel wire
