Hot-melt adhesives are being used on sticky flyboards because of their pollution-free, hot-melt adhesives can be repeatedly melted and bonded, suitable for automated production lines, fast operation speed and other advantages.
As an environment-friendly product, sticky shellac must ensure the least harmful to the environment in the process of replacing traditional pesticides and reduce environmental pollution; therefore, manufacturers place strict requirements on glue suppliers to ensure long-term weather resistance and adhesion.
The finished product made by Haojing Hot Melt Adhesive has good adhesion after being exposed to sunlight for more than 3 months, and it can also catch large insects such as large fruit flies. The glue will not spread smoothly in the sun for 1 month.
How to use hot melt glue block
1. Open the carton, take out the hot melt glue block, tear off the white wrapping paper on the hot melt glue and put it into the hot melt glue tank.
2. Adjust the temperature of the glue tank of the equipment to 135-55 degrees Celsius for heating, the temperature of the hose to 150-165 degrees Celsius, and the temperature of the glue gun to 135-155 degrees Celsius.
3. Wait for the hot melt glue to melt into a liquid state, start to apply the glue and observe the glue tank after using it for a period of time to ensure that the amount of glue is sufficient.
Mainly used for products of armyworm (flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches), such as insect trap board, sticky insect paper, fly trap. As a professional pressure-sensitive adhesive manufacturer, Haojing pressure-sensitive adhesive has good temperature and weather resistance, and will not have a major impact with climate or geographical changes.
This adhesive does not contain formaldehyde, is odorless and environmentally friendly, and is especially suitable for indoor use.
It is FDA ( American Food and Drug Association) treats 21CFR175.105 "adhesive" and meets the technical requirements of environmental labeling products of the People's Republic of China (HJ/T220-2005), and has won the international SGS environmental protection certification.
