A: Our company is located in Quanzhou city of Fujian province, the famous capital of East Asian culture. You are more than welcometo visit us whenever you are available.
3.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 20-25 work days. We keep some accessories in stock, and assemble them when you place an order, full container in 10-15 days.
4.Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Advance 30% by T/T, and balance will be cleared before delivery. Other payment method like L/C, WU, welcome to talk with us.
5.Q: Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?
A: Sure, samples are available, it takes 3-5 days to prepare.We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order. For loyal customer we’ve worked with, we will give some free sample which hot sell in local market.
6.Q: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, OEM ODM OBM are acceptable. We can build the molds by your sample or technical drawings.
7.Q: What’s the Minimum quantity of an order?
A: About 50-500 pieces, it depends on different caster products. Different models can be mixed in one order.
