What is gabion box
What is gabion box?
Gabion box is a new material structure widely used in transportation, water conservancy,municipal administration, gardens, conservation of water and soil projects in recent years.
Gabion box is a kind of meshes that use netting weaving machine to weave low carbon aluminum clad steel wire from double wire to multi strand shape and hexagon mesh. The length of double wire stranding part is no less than 5cm. Gabion box can be assembled into baggage and filled with rock blocks which used in levees, subgrade protection projects,etc.
Essentially, this structure has water permeability. lt has strong containment for natural process and filtration of underground water, the suspended object and sludge will subside into rock tunnels, thereby it will help vegetation and recover original ecological environment step by step.
This structure can be used as slope support, retaining and protection of foundation excavation, net-suspended spray of rock face of mountain, slope vegetation (greening),isolation protection fence of express way and rail way. lt also can be made into baggage,gauze pad for protection against erosion of rivers, dam, seawall, reservoir and river closure.

LBG Introduction
Technique of LBG is that cladding a layer of very thin aluminum evenly around outside surface of steel wire and it will become a duplex metal complex wire. The feature is that the perfect combination of hardness of steel and corrosion resistance of aluminun.

Torsion resistance (binding force of steel and aluminum layer):The aluminum clad steel wrie must not brsak and bear no less than 20 times torsion at 100 times of nominal diameter length.Aluminum layer should not be separated from steel wire when sample breaks
Anti-corrosion property: Salt spray test, after ≥ 400h salt spray test，matriy steel can not occur corrsion phenomena(Better than national standard ≥ 200h). Under industry atmospheric environment, corrosion resistance of aluminum is above 5 times than zinc.
