Q1: How can I get a sample? A1: Usually we will charge 1.5~2 times cost for the samples, but now in order to build the business relationship earlier with you, we can make the samples without any logo free for you, only charge the freight cost. If you wanted with your company logo, we will charge labor cots, raw material cost, freight cost.
Q2: Could you do design for us? A2: Yes, there are five person in our R&D group, they can do the design as your detail request.
Q3: How can we place the order? A3: After we make agreement about the order, we can make the PP sample for you, after confirmed, you need to arrange the deposit, after received, we will begin the mass production. Finished, we will arrange the shippment.
Q4: What's you payment terms? A4: We can accept 30% deposit+ 70% balance payment, L/C, D/P, and Paypal payment also accept.
Q5: How about the shipping? A5: If the quality is too small, we can deliver the goods by DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, etc. If the quality is big, we can deliver the goods by sea, or by air, as customer's request. |
