Suggestion on floor spring selection:
A.Selection of defferent models of floor spring is mainly based on glass door weight.
B.Calculation of glass weight:according to national standard.1mm thick common and toughened glass is 2.5kg per square meter.As to 1.2mm thick,2.3m high and 1m wide glass door commonly used in the country at present.the weight shall be 2.3*1*12*25=69kg.
C.The weight of the entire door can be got by adding up the weight of all accessories and the weight of glass.
D.If heavy-duty floor spring is chosen for a light-weight glass door,the cost will increase.and you can't abtain good opening effect because it is heave-duty.
E.If floor spring with inadequate weight bearing is chosen to reduce project costs,it will directly influence service life of floor spring.
F.For an outside door,taking wind power into consideration.twin-cylinder floor spring should be chosen regardless of door sizes.This is because twin-cylinder floor spring is better than single-cylinder floor spring for the -
ºpositioning and 90ºpositioning .
G.In cold area,floor spring with anti-icing hydraulic oil injected should be chosen,so as to revert malfunction of floor spring at a very low tempereature.
