1-High speed shock
Dry ice particles close to the speed of sound, carrying a lot of kinetic energy, when passing on the surface of the dirt, transmit the above kinetic energy to the dirt, overcoming the already reduced adhesion, and thus the shearing force causes the dirt to wrap away with the airflow. The purpose of removing dirt has been achieved.
2-Freezing embrittlement:
When the dry ice particles of -78.5 °C act on the surface of the object to be cleaned, the embrittlement is first frozen and the dirt is broken on the surface to be cleaned, from the viscoelastic state to the solid state, and the brittleness is increased and the viscosity is reduced. The adsorption force on the surface is sharply reduced, and the surface area is increased, and part of the dirt can be automatically peeled off.
3-Micro-explosion peeling:
After the dry ice particles collide and gasify, the volume rapidly expands 600-800 times, and a micro-explosion effect occurs in a tiny area in a very short time. The micro-explosion shock wave further impacts the pollutants and strips the pollutants.
