Differential Pressure Switch ILH351
1 . General Information
The information provided in this instruction sheet should be sufficient for installation and adjustment of the ILH351. For additional infommation you could obtain the ILH351 product data sheet.
Series of l LH351 differential pressure switch has been designed for interlock purposes or no differential pressure detection . Where critical or high value property is to be maintained within specific environmental conditions , a single control should not be applied to function as both an operating and safety device . In such applications , a separate back-up control with alarm contacts should be wired to indicate when this control operates .
Series of LH351 pressure switch can be used to sense( Differential ) pressure and flow of air in ducts and pipes.
Typical applications include:
-Filter obstructive alarm .
- Air provingin ventilation ducts.
- Maximum airflow controller for variable air volum systems.
-Burner air control.

3 . Pressure Connection and Wiring

4 . Installation
Location : select a location where vibrations are minimal.Ambient temperature should be within the range of-15 / + 60°C .
The production calibration of the ILH351 is made at room temperature； mounting locations close to room temperatures are preferred In systems with high humidity where condensations possible , thus the entrance should point downwards.
5 . Mounting Instruction
The switch is preferably mounted with the diaphragm in a vertical plane , unless the device is set or calibrated for horizontal mounting as on special customer models . On these models the mounting position is indicated on the side of the control . It may be fastened directly tothe duct heater or panel as long as the mounting surface has minimal or no vibrationin.
Pressure Connections are marked +( high pressure ) and-low or static pressure ) . For more information ,please read the diagram on the side of the control.
6 . Notice
To drill a hole through the plastic tube or pipe before installation , and also mount part of L-bracket on the spot ( Standard setting ).
7 . Accessory Consists

*The Pressure Switch should be mounted vertically which can prevent affecting on precision from inner atmosphere film weight
*To prevent electrical shock or damage to equipment , when the cover is removed , ensure the power supply is switched off.
*Complete wiring and check the connections before applying power . Incorrect wiring may cause permanent damage to the unit.

9 . System Check
After proper installation and adjustment of the control , running at least one full cycle of the equipment should check the system . If anything appears to operate incorrectly , the wiring and components should be rechecked.
