Double Head Double Motor Thread Trimmer Accessory Plastic Gun for Air Blowing

Thread Trimming machine for trimming & cutting the threads, yarns from the embroidered clothing, fabrics & garments. Also useful for garment manufacturing factories which will need to clean the garments with the remaining threads from the garments manufactured.

This machine has 2 holders which makes it convenient for the workers to work faster and also saves money & does the work of 2 machines. The trimmer is made from tested equipment and made sure that this will not damage the fabrics or the garments.

This machine is easy to use & does not need any skilled labour. this machine can be operated by anybody who can just have the understanding of what needs to be cleaned & cut from the fabric or garments.

We provide 2 kinds of blades for both thick material(such as jeans) and for thin material (such as T-shirt and shirts etc). Easy to change blades.

The machine uses plastic gun for air blowing. The details are as below pictures.

Application:

Clothes, jeans, knitting, bags, shoes, hats, gloves, embroider, mattress, baby sitting chair, quilt cover, toy, leather, camera band, safety band, outdoor clothes, etc.

Operation:

1) Plug in the power, turn on the switch.

2) Adjust the wind speed, then press the manual oil feeding switch. 3)Adjust the suction wind (less than inhaling the fabric). The product is leveled, and the head seam line can be cut to achieve the desired trimming effect. (It is better to lift 0.5-1cm of the  front  part of the cutter head).

Maintenance:

1) When starting work, clean  the thread in the bucket and the cutter head (removing the blade).

Note: The blade cannot be pressed on the thread in slot, otherwise it will hurt the clothes.

2) Check and make sure there is oil in the oil pipe every day.

3) Check if there is thread in the cool wind outlet, if there is thread block, need to use wind pipe to blow away the thread.
