Description

Maydos SBS Adhesive is formulated from excellent materials. It has good features
such as easily construct, rapid drying speed, powerful viscidity, resist ultraviolet
radiation after solidification, be able to bear or endure canker, strike. Prevent damp,
resist aging.

Recommended use

Suitable for contacting between different materials such as plywood, board,
floorboard, wallpaper, rubber, anti-firing plate, aluminum-plastic plate and cloths, etc.
It can be widely used for both hard-to-contact materials like anti-firing plate,
aluminum-plastic plate and PVC board, and common board like wood board, plywood,
MDF board,floor board, furniture, wallpaper, polyester plywood, bamboo board,
asbestos board, carpet, rubber, etc.

Features:

1.Adopted benzene free, no hazardous materials and additives, low VOC, protect the applicator and consumers’ health.
2.High solid content: Solid content exceed 34%, much higher than conventional adhesives,effectively save adhesive consumption (dosage) by 30%-40%.
3.Freezing temperature resistant: no influence at -15°C to -20°C. Easy for transport and bonding in winter.

5.Stable performance: moisture resistant after hardening, water-immersion resistant, good impact resistant, long service life.

Directions for use
Surface preparation the grease, smirch, rust, moisture of the contacted surface must be cleaned off, surface of bamboo, leather or rubber etc must be matted.
Recommended apply system
Brushing	The effect will be better if stir thoroughly or make the pot inverted repeatedly in order to mix the glue before use. The contacted surface is brushed by the adhesive in thin layer, brushing toward a same aspect for air getting out to strengthen the powerful viscidity.
Airing	Wait for 5 to 25 minutes (25 Celsius) after brushing, until the condition is proper to agglutinate.
Contacting	Contacting is level one time because the viscidity is super powerful, add pressure or tapping for the super viscidity of continua adhesive.
Remark
The most suitable temperature and humidity for contacting (bonding): 20°C -30°C, humidity: 55%-75%
Adhesive contains VOC, easily burnt, keep away from fire. Make sure the construction site is well ventilated.
