I. Usage:
Product Description: LRCJJ-1800 automatic spring roll is our factory recently developed spring roll processing equipment. The machine has high degree of automation, automatic temperature control and good sanitary conditions, which opens up a new way for traditional food processing by modern methods.
II. Principle and process:
Principle:
The dough is made according to the requirements of the dough making process, and the dough is heated and baked by a circular baking wheel to become a customized spring roll wrapper with a fixed thickness.
Process:
Put the prepared flour into the pulp bucket, and heat the baking wheel to 120℃; Start the dough pump and send the dough to the leather mold (the shape can be customized according to customer requirements), and then through the leather mold to make the dough adhere to the arc surface of the baking wheel. When the baking wheel is rotated over 270-300 degrees, the dough is cured, and then the spring roll skin is separated by the spatula knife to the wrapping conveyor belt. When the spring roll wrapper passes through the stuffing machine, the stuffing will be evenly distributed (the number of grams of stuffing can be adjusted) on each spring roll wrapper, and the stuffing will be wrapped well with the spring roll wrapper, and the spring roll will be formed by the round wrapping part. The final spring rolls fall directly onto the cooling conveyor belt, at which time the spring rolls can be manually sorted into the box for cold storage, or can be directly fried by the fryer.
