1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 300, which will vary according to your custom requirements. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
2.Can I get samples?
Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, or DHL.
3. How long is the lead time of the samples?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.
If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
For stocked colors, its fast delivery, can ship wintin 7days.
If customzied OEM order, It takes 20-30 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.
5. What documents do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in company . So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone card or your sample. So you can just tell us the Pantone number. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7. How do you ship the goods does it take to arrive?
Small order can delivery by express, for big order We usually ship by sea.
