Since 2015, the company began to gradually enter the field of intelligent lighting, maintaining rapid development every year.
We have strong R & D ability for intelligent products, with 20 professional electrical, hardware and software engineers with over 5 years's working experience. We got more than 100 domestic and foreign product invention patents. Based on Toya Smart platform, independently develop APP and customize products according to customer needs. The intelligent lights can work with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple Homekit, with APP control, voice control, remote control and manual control. The factory has over 200 people, with 10 000 square meter production area, more than 20 modern production lines, dust free production workshop, imported from Japan high precision automatic SMT machine and lead free wave soldering, which can meet the processing needs of various lighting products and intelligent high density electronic products.
The factory uses advanced ERP order management system, from material demand, order purchase, production and warehousing and shipping. Currently there are more than 100 production line employees, and the monthly production capacity can reach 500 000 sets.
Our factory has passed ISO9001 quality management system and ISO140001 environment management system, and strictly implement them. The factory has a complete material and finished product inspection process, from incoming material inspection, process inspection to shipment inspection. We perform various performance tests on materials and products, including electrical test, optical test, mechanical test, and reliability test, including high and low temperature test, high pressure test, water and dust test, and aging test. For smart products, we will conduct 100% IOT Wireless Connectivity testing, compatibility testing with Alexa, Google Assistant, Homekit, etc.
We have built strong sales team, including domestic marketing team, cross-border e-commerce team and foreign marketing team. The Products have got UL, ETL, FCC, CE, TUV, SAA, CCC and other safety certification, mainly exported to the United States, Europe, Britain, Japan, Australia and other countries and regions.
