A: We usually quote you within 24 hours after receipt of your inquiry (Except weekend and holidays). If youare very urgent to get

A: It depends on your item and order quantity. Usually we can ship within 7-10 days for small quantity andabout 35 days for large
quantity after the sample is confirmed.
Q3: Can you do with our logo or same as our sample?
A: We are a 13-year experience factory which is specialized in manufacturing fashion jewelry. our main workis producing customized
items.
Q4: What guarantee do I have since we have to pay all before shipping?What if we get the goods wrong or in poor quality?
A: Before starting our mass production, we will make approval sample and then send you the picture for yourapproval. We will send
you packing way for approval before our packing, too.
Q5: How do you control the product quality?
A: We have our inspection team to make the inspection based on approval samples. They will check eachdetail starting from the
pre-production, middle production and final inspection. We do 100% inspection beforepackaging.
Q6: How do you pack the goods?
A: We usually ship by bulk. 1pc into an opp bag and 12pcs into a big opp bag then into shipping carton. Alabel outside polybag
showing item # and quantity. If you supply the cards and tickets, we will pack as yourinstruction.
