Universal Speedy Moisture Tester

Description:
1.Speedy Moisture Tester is used to determine the moisture content of soils, sand and fine aggregates in the field. It is an easy and portable method. The amount of gas, which is given off when water and calcium carbide are mixed and react, is directly proportional to the amount of water present in the sample and results in percentage moisture are taken from a pressure gauge.
2.It is applicable to the determination of water content of various soils (including sand), lime, fly ash and other uniform materials with particle size ≤ 5 mm.
Features:
1.The measurement method is simple. It is not limited by the standard sample, the working place and the working environment. The results can be measured at any time.
2.Special reagent, in the measurement process, the chemical reaction is complete, the time is short (generally, the result can be obtained in about 1-3 minutes) and the cost is low.
3.It is safe and reliable in use with small error.
