Product Description
High Efficiency 11kw 8 Cartridge Dust Removal System Laser Cutting Dust Collector
Working Principle:
Under the strong negative pressure of the turbo blower, the polluted air pipe enters the air inlet, first hits the spoiler in the air inlet, which acts as a turbulence for the incoming gas and slows down the flow speed. Due to the gravity sedimentation, the coarse particle dust directly falls into the large particle dust opening, which plays a role of pre-dust removal. After the fine-grained and low-density dust particles enter the dust filter room, the dust in the air stays on the surface of the filter element. The filtered clean air enters the air room and is collected by the exhaust pipe through the fan to the outlet and discharged.
Pulse back-blowing dust cleaning system, the filter element can be reused through cleaning, and the injection method is multi-angle sprayed, and the dust is cleaned more thoroughly.
RONGWIN have divided into several separate rooms for dust exhausting , which save power consumption effectively.
