Advantages of using CASEN wood doors :
Door leaf : Most of engineer wood doors in the market are 40mm. CASEN 's is 45mm, have better soundproof effect. For bedroom doors and hotel project doors , soundproof is most important , right ??
Door frame : Other frames in market are 30mm , CASEN 's is 35mm . What's other frames are made of MDF , but CASEN 's frame is made of plywood and fir wood . You know why?
Firstly, CASEN 's doors are almost 40kg (900*2100*45mm). Such heavy doors , the frame must be strong to hold it .
Second , the frame are directly to concrete. It must be moistureproof.
Surface treatment : 6 layer Taiwan PU painting. Our doors surface are smooth, glossy, environmental painting ,without any unpleasant smell. 6 layer , a little "thick" painting have great performance in moistureproof.
