A: 50 pcs per style from our stock range, 1000 pcs for customized style.
2. Q: When my order is ready to ship?
A: 5-7 days for stock item; 10-25 working days for production.
3. Q: How is the package? Can i customize the package?
A: One single fur ball packed in a clear PE bag, around 200-500 pcs packed in one big plastic bag and paper carton box. But we can do individual customized packing for decent quantity. You can print your logo on the package.
4. Q: What is the material of product? Is it safe?
A: Our material is eco-friendly, it made from high quality acrylic fiber, the safety approved by EN71, BPA free, etc. Test report can be provided when you place an order.
5. Q: Can i get sample?
A: We offer free sample for our customer, but only for stock items, you only need to pay for the shipping cost, the sample
preparing time is around 3-5 working days.
