Introduction
This machine is the latest generation of hydraulic shearing machine. With advanced hydraulic integrated valve blocks and less
pipeline connections, the compact structure with is more reliable and easier to maintain. The machine is composed of frame, tool
holder, hydraulic system, material pressing device, blade clearance adjustment, front support and electrical system.
Features
1. All steel welded structure with good rigidity and stability, vibrating treatment for removal of internal stress.
This machine is the latest generation of hydraulic shearing machine. With advanced hydraulic integrated valve blocks and less
pipeline connections, the compact structure with is more reliable and easier to maintain. The machine is composed of frame, tool
holder, hydraulic system, material pressing device, blade clearance adjustment, front support and electrical system.
Features
1. All steel welded structure with good rigidity and stability, vibrating treatment for removal of internal stress.
2.The structural components are removed rust by shot blasting and coated with anti-rust paint.
3. Easy operation and reliable performance.
4. Diamond-shaped top blade and rectangular bottom blade, with long service life.
5. Light alignment device and electric mechanical back gauge.
6.The rolling support balls on worktable reduces scratches and frictions of plates.
7. The clearance between the top and bottom blade is adjusted by the handle and the dial indicates the value.
8. The safety fence is interlocked with the electrical system to ensure the safe operation.
