Process Flow :
Degreasing → Washing → Activation → Washing → Plating thick red copper → Washing → Polishing → Washing →
501 anti-discoloration agent closed (3%-5%) → pure water cleaning (depending on the appearance needs) → drying
Note: 501 anti-discoloration agent closed to open the tank with pure water, in order to ensure the anti-discoloration effect, it is best not to use water to wash.
Process requirements
1. Polishing tank material ----- PVC, or acid and alkali corrosion resistant chemical special plastic.
2. Hanging tool or hanging blue ----- acid and alkali corrosion resistant chemical special plastic, titanium, 316 stainless steel.
Consumption supplement
1. Each liter of polishing working fluid can polish 5-10 kg workpiece.
2. After using for a period of time, polishing water color will gradually turn from red-brown to dark green, polishing ability gradually weakened, can be supplemented with 10-20% red copper polishing agent working fluid, if repeatedly consume added to achieve the polishing consequences, we must re-open the tank.
Precautions
1. Our series products do not contain cyanide and can be used as general chemicals.
2. The plating solution is alkaline, so it is absolutely not allowed to add strong acids such as sulfuric acid directly. If the PH needs to be lowered, acetic acid can be added, but it is recommended to operate during downtime.
Maintenance
Prohibit take alkaline substances into the polishing tank, and try to avoid excessive water being brought in to maintain the service life of the polishing solution.
