Manufacturing Technique

What is Soft Leather Panel(3d wall panel)?

Make the synthetic leather with 3D design in the mold, inject liquid A and B PU materials in.

There is chemical reaction and start bubbling to become soft foam. During the reaction, the foam will be sticky to catch the leather surface strongly.

Then cover another leather on the back for water and moisture proof. After few minutes, the 3D leather panel is made. Because there is no glue in the whole process,it’s a ONE BODY with healthy & long life products.

How to pack to big wall panels?
1. Every two pieces are seperated and protected by bubble wrap.

2. Before into the carton, will wrap the panels by PE film to fix and protect them.

3. Several pieces into a solid 5 layers big master carton.

4. MDF board on top and botton of each carton to reinforce the carton and protect it during the terminal transportation.

5. Bulk cargo there is strip seal to reinforce again.
