Instructions for use
1. Mix the materials in the container thoroughly. Keep the tank level after using it for more than half of the time.
2. The user should wear gloves and goggles to ensure protection.
3. Connect the spray gun, pipe and nozzle before use; unscrew the valves of containers A and B (turn counterclockwise). The degree of unscrewing of the tank valve affects the spraying pressure of the material. The pressure should be equal and moderate; opening it all at the beginning can achieve the best spraying effect. (Note: Some valves have safety locks that require pressing the valve to open)
4. After opening the valve, first check the discharging conditions of the two groups of materials, pull the triggers respectively to adjust the pressure of the two groups of materials, then hold the spray gun with the muzzle 1 meter away from the target, and pull the two triggers at the same time for multi-directional spraying .
5. Preventive and regular surfaces should be sprayed evenly with a thickness of 0.5 cm, the best; gas leakage points and irregularities should be sprayed intensively, and the sprayed surface should be uniform after curing: spraying should follow the principle of small amounts and multiple times to achieve bonding. most effective
6. If there is an interval during the spraying process, the interval should be ≤1 minute. If the interval is long, the trigger needs to be pulled intermittently to prevent the gun head from being blocked; once the tank is opened, it is best to use it within one day to avoid the main material solidifying in the feeding pipe and affecting the normal use of the system. If a tank with unused material needs to be stored for a short period of time, the tank valve should be closed first, and then the trigger should be pulled to fully drain the remaining material in the feeding pipe. Finally, replace the gun head.
