Product Description
Sinoway SWEA220 is a medium scale amphibious excavator, which is enjoying heavies demand in the global market, especially Weast Africa and South America.
Fitted with Isuzu, Cummins or Doosan engines are available with us. The engines produce bigger output and torque, and far better fuel consumption. Sinoway insist on using a mechanical injection engine as we understand that our amphibious excavators must be able to take poor grade fuel.

According to your application requirement and working conditions, we are able to design and produce an amphibious excavator specially for your working area covering swamps, salty land, off-shore, river area and so forth.
High grade steel material for Pontoons
Sinoway pontoons are standard made with high grade steel sheets, which is with high tensile strength and good corrosion resistant.
For special applications like off-shore or salty areas, full weathering steel pontoons are also available as optional. For those applications require extra anti-corrosion, Sinoway offer pontoons with marine grade ship plate steel.

Wear-proof Steel Track Cleats
Heavy duty marsh buggy track chains are constructed with high strength tensile steel, the bushings and pins are stronger, each pontoon comes with two or three heavy duty track chains, track cleats are fixed on the chain
pitch welded or bolted. The hardened track chain rollers run in pontoon channels with a strip of wear resistant steel. The drive and idler sprockets are flame hardened to match the hardness of the track chain rollers.
